Description
The 2018 Blues & Roots on Water Street festival is a one-day, two-stage, five-act, totally indoors limited ticket, nice and intimate, festival, featuring some of the finest in Roots, Americana and Blues that the Chicago area, and Austin, Texas, has to offer!
The headliner on the Blues Stage will be Alligator recording artist, The Cash Box Kings. Immediately prior to the Kings, Delmark Records recording artist, Dave Specter will be setting the mood and tone on the Blues Stage right which is located within the friendly confines of Kiss The Sky.
Multi-genre three-piece virtuoso musicians, Anderlik, Otto & Church will kick things off in the Roots Lounge Stage located in the Dock Room of Water Street Studios. Austin, Texas based Beth Lee and the Breakups will follow AOC while Chicago's very own and notorious Devil in a Woodpile will close out the evening in the Roots Lounge.

Doors to the festival will open at 6:00pm.
As was the case last year, food will be provided by Batavia's River Edge Bar & Grill and will be located in the Water Street Studios Art Gallery space. Libations will be available for purchase as well.
Tickets for the festival are limited to 300, and will be available via Eventbrite on line. Tickets may also be purchased at Kiss The Sky and Water Street Studios. Tickets purchased on line will be emailed to the purchaser of record and they will need to be printed and brought to the festival for entry thereof. Tickets purchased in advance are $25.
The festival is brought to you by Water Street Studios, Batavia MainStreet, Kiss The Sky and the Fox Valley Music Foundation, with support and influence and love and advice from Batavia Enterprises.
