Join yoga instructor Meggan Riley and personal plant-based chef Caitlin Boyer in this workshop celebrating Ahisma - the practice of non-harm and compassion for all living beings. Workshop includes a gentle asana practice and meditation followed by a discussion on the benefits of a plant based diet and ends with a light vegan, gluten-free meal.
