On February 14th, we celebrated the love we have for others, now it is time to focus on our own health and wellness, and LOVE OURSELVES!
So what can you do to pamper your heart? Join us on March 3rd for the “I Love My Heart” workshop. We have an informative, action-oriented session planned…
- Are you worried that you may be at risk for developing heart disease?
- You can assess your risk with a simple questionnaire that we will help you interpret!
- Are you at risk for or have you been diagnosed with hypertension or heart disease?
- Important nutrition and exercise tips will be provided to help prevent or improve your condition!
- Wondering about what the big deal is about The DASH and Mediterranean Diets?
- Current research and the basics of both diets will be discussed!
- Do you believe that healthy food can taste good?
- We will sample some tasty, heart-healthy fare (and give you the recipes)!
