Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper located in North Aurora, IL. The Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including phone etiquette, communication with clients, and clerical duties. In addition, the role includes bookkeeping responsibilities such as maintaining financial records, data entry, and reconciling accounts.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with bookkeeping a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software like word, excel, dropbox
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred
