New Moon Vegan graduated from the Boardwalk Shops in December 2021 and is excited to fulfill our dream of a permanent brick and mortar store in historic Batavia. New Moon Vegan uses only wholesome ingredients (seasonal and locally-sourced whenever possible) to create sweet and savory plant-based foods.
I am passionate about veganizing treasured family recipes with the goal to create versions that are just as delicious - or more so - as the original. Watch for cooking classes, special dinners and more. We also have a merchandise corner with cookbooks, food products and more.
