Attorney Hayley Graham is a fierce supporter of victims’ rights. Hayley has dedicated her entire career to advocating for people – not corporations. She has more than 10 years of experience, litigating hundreds of cases, recovering millions for her clients.

Hayley hails from a long line of union tradesmen and knows the devastating toll an injury can take on a family. She understands the trust built between an injury victim and their attorney is a bond that can last a lifetime. Hayley operates a full-service law firm to meet her clients' changing legal needs throughout life’s milestones – whether healing from an injury, buying a home or planning for the future.

Hayley also advocates on behalf of women at work, defending the rights and advancing the protections of women in the workplace. Part of her practice is uniquely focused on representing women injured at work.

Her tenacious advocacy has been recognized, as she has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star, a distinction given to only 2.5% of attorneys in Illinois, and an Illinois Emerging Lawyer, an accolade given to only 2% of attorneys under 40.

Prior to “hanging a shingle,” Hayley practiced at a prominent plaintiff’s firm in Chicago. She fell in love with the tri-cities coming to the Kane County Courthouse in Geneva, and recently put down roots in Batavia with her husband and daughter.
